Vendor Agreement
-North of Ordinary Events will promote all events on social media and through marketing and paid advertisements. Vendors are also highly encouraged to share the event & official event poster on social media and to invite their friends, families and customers.
-Full payment is due no later then 30 days before each event. Vendors that do not make their payment by the due date risk losing their spot.
-Event details such as parking and setup times may differ between events and will be sent to vendors via email.
-Vendor spots are non transferable and are assigned. All of your products/services must stay within your assigned table/booth area.
-Please make sure you are setup and ready to go before the start of each event. Please do not pack up early.
-All Food & Alcohol vendors are responsible for ensuring they are up to date and in full compliance with all AHS and AGLC requirements.
-All vendors who sell products that are subject to Fish & Wildlife regulations are responsible for ensuring that they are are up to date and in full compliance with all provincial and federal regulations.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 60 days prior to the event you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to the event you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, you will not receive a refund. If the event is cancelled by North of Ordinary Events due to reasons beyond our control or otherwise, all vendors will receive a full refund.
