North of Ordinary Events
Vendor Cancellation Policy

Vendors must submit their cancellations in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund.  If the vendor is unable to give fourteen (14) days notice, and the reason for cancelling is reasonable, they may submit a request to reschedule one time and upon approval their application and payment may be moved forward to a future market. No refunds will be issued for payments that have been moved forward in this way.  Some examples of reasonable cancellation requests include family emergencies, and illness.  Some examples of unreasonable cancellations requests (within 14 days) include scheduling mishaps, wanting to attend another event or just not showing up to an event with no notice at all.  If it is less then 14 days away from the date of the market, it is the vendors responsibility to ensure that they will be available for the event date barring an emergency or illness.  And in the case of an emergency or illness the vendor will notify North of Ordinary Events before the start of the event.
