Vendors must submit their cancellations in writing at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund.  If the vendor is unable to give fourteen (14) days notice, they may submit a request to reschedule one time (move their application and payment forward to a future market). If the vendor cancels on their one (1) rescheduled market, their fee will be forfeit and no refund will be issued. To be eligible for a reschedule, notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to the cancellation of the event and North of Ordinary must approve the request.
